Have you been pigeon-holed into where you are and it’s not where you want to be? I believe many people have fallen into this trap. It’s easy to just go with the flow, to give in to the pressure from parents, or peers or just indecision. Sometimes we are where we are because we just couldn’t decide and we accepted whatever was placed in front of us.

God Made Each Of Us For A Purpose

We did not pick WHO we are (as opposed to WHAT we do), God made us unique, with a thumb print that will leave an imprint that will change the world. Like I mentioned in yesterday’s blog, that in 1 Samuel 17:38, Saul Outfitted David As A Soldier In Armor…He Could Hardly Budge…David Told Saul, “I Can’t Even Move With All This Stuff On Me. I’m Not Used To This.” And he took it all off.

We Need To Do It Our Way, The Way God Put In Each Of Our Hearts

We can’t be who they want us to be AND who we are called to be at the same time. We have to tell the Saul in our life, “I am done being who you want me to be. I have to be ME and I have to be the best me that I can be.” In the meantime… Anyone ever had a “mean” time? Have you ever experienced a divorce, a betrayal, or a setback? Don’t allow those experiences to keep you from your destiny.

Be Careful Listening To The Advice Of Those Who Have Not Done What God Has Called You To Do

David was just delivering food to his brothers on the front lines. He didn’t know that this giant had been cursing Israel all day long. David offered to kill the giant and what happened next is that everyone tried to tell David HOW to do it. What’s interesting is that they were willing to tell HIM how to do it, yet none of them had volunteered and none of them had ever done it themselves. We have to be careful who we take advice from when God has put it in our heart how to do it. Trust God.

God’s Armor Fits Everyone And Conquers Every Situation. Use It Well!

This is my personal message for each of your today. You are going to do what God called you to do. It’s in your heart. I am telling you that you have a destiny to face the giant of cancer, debt, disease, divorce, or whatever your particular challenge. You are going to break that cycle in your family today and it is going to stop stalking you because you are going to be suited in the armor of God. Are you ready? Don’t hesitate because you were born ready. You were made for this!
