The Bible says, let the redeemed of the Lord say so. So many people have outward conditions that cause them to think they can’t approach God or proclaim the promises of God as their own. Abuse of alcohol, drugs, porn, food, bankruptcy, divorce, whatever it is, your situation is not taking God by surprise. He knows about it, and he has a plan to help you (Jeremiah 29:11). Meanwhile, he wants to walk through it WITH you.

Say: I Are One

We need to remember we are positionally right with Christ when we accept his gift, but we’re still conditionally jacked up. We are human beings temporarily living here. When the devil tells us that we are not acting like Christians we need to speak back to him that are not acting; we ARE Christians. And our
hope is in Jesus Christ.

The Inner Voice That Guides Us In The Big And Small Things

By spending time with God, other believers, and in church, our ears tune to that hope. The Bible reads that whoever has ears, let them hear (Matthew 11:15). It’s our inner ear. It’s the small voice that says put that shopping cart back, pick up that piece of trash, or say you’re sorry. Our obedience to the small command is our stepping stone to bigger commands and bigger success.

“Whoever can be trusted with little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will be dishonest with much.” (Luke 16:10).

Be Encouraged!

We need to start going to church in spite of our condition; we need to hear the word and grow our faith so that we can become more sensitive to His voice. The Holy Spirit is that inner voice directing our life. When we listen AND obey, our condition begins to match our position. We begin to see things come together and to see God’s will unfold in and around us. I call you blessed! Amen!
