Our capacity is a limiting factor. We need to let God pour us out, so that He can fill us up.

1. We can’t be who we once were AND who God is calling us to be right now.
2. We need to shut the door behind us – on the possibility of failure.
3. Famous last words of corporations, churches and relationships: We’ve always done it that way.
4. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
5. The pain of NOT having the breakthrough is more painful THAN having it.
6. Capacity is determined by tolerance for pain.
7. The process is painful but the promotion is awesome.
8. When we’re full and comfortable, God stops pouring (anointing, favor, provision).
9. God empties us so that we can be full of Him.
10. The most dangerous place: Where everything is going good.
11. We need to strip that stuff off of the walls and let go of who we were and focus on who we are becoming.
12. God isn’t looking for the qualified, but those who are available.
