Do you ever find that you feel limited by the labels that others have placed on you?
Have you been labeled as:
– Not smart enough
– Not the right skin color
– Just a girl, just a kid, or too old
– Needing more education
– Having no experience…
So you can’t do ________.
Do you find it difficult going through life and NOT repeating the labels in your head? It’s so easy to keep filling in that blank over and over and limiting ourselves!
I’ve always said, “If you go up, your labels will fall off and if you go down they will burn off, in the end LABELS WON’T MATTER!”
God wants you to receive His grace. Grace is unmerited, undeserved favor. His grace erases the labels placed on us by the world. God wants us to know HIS labels. His mercy. His love. His acceptance. He wants us to know that He wants only good things for us!

Accepted…….John 1:12
Loved…………Psalm 86:5, Lamentations 3:22

A member of God’s family…1 Corinthians 12:27
Forgiven……..Colossians 1:13-14
Complete……Colossians 2:9-10
Don’t allow what you’ve been told to hold you back from God’s blessings. Start repeating what God says about you. I’d like to encourage you today to focus less on the world’s labels and more on God’s labels for you and for your life.
