A few weeks ago, a friend of ours was diagnosed with VERY aggressive brain tumors. We were all EXTREMELY concerned.
But as you can imagine, he had the most enormous FIGHT of FAITH on HIS mind!
The only thing worse than having cancer on the BRAIN, is having cancer continually on your MIND.
A New Day
So this morning, I woke up in my USUAL state of mind until I looked over at my phone.
I saw the most REMARKABLE text message from our friend.
“The cancer is GONE!!!”
What a MARVELOUS wake-up call!
“Prayer that comes from faith will heal the sick, for the Lord will restore them to health…” James 5:15 (CEB)
Nicole and I just broke down and cried about the GOODNESS of God!
Snatched!
I’m sure there were many FINE medical doctors on the original team who PROPERLY diagnosed the situation.
But when our friend went back, their report had to CHANGE because God had done a MIRACLE!!!
“He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.” Psalm 107:20 (NLT)
Nicole vowed to KEEP that text forever to inspire her FAITH on other challenging events.
Expect A Call!
If we can keep our MIND focused on GOD and not on our problem, He will turn our bad situation around for a good TESTIMONY.
We pray the prayer of FAITH, hand it over to HIM and BELIEVE that it’s settled.
Then we EXPECTANTLY await a wake-up call with GOOD NEWS of our own!
