SHARE THIS POSTIf we apply the definition of an incubator to our mind it might read: an enclosed apparatus providing a controlled environment for the care and protection of premature or underdeveloped thoughts. So the question is what are we thinking or dreaming about? We need to nurture that thinking in the right direction.
Say It And See It (Visualize)
We need to engage the right side of our brain; the imagination side that God kick started when he created us in his image. Our imagination can be brilliant, and it can be destructive. We have the ability to use our imagination to picture our dream as reality.
Our Visualization Needs Detail and Focus
We do that constructively by feeding it positive instructions:
– See the marriage as becoming happy
– See your husband or wife loving you
– See your kids happy with you
– See yourself living debt free
– See yourself as succeeding and picture it in Ultra High Definition detail
GOAL = Go All In
We have the power, but many people need to give themselves permission to dream. Your future can expand into your dream only as far as you can see it. Whether your dream is to own the local gas station in your small town, a chain of them in your state or to go nationwide, GREAT! But you will only get as far as you can imagine.
Be Encouraged
Lord, as your kids, we choose to imagine what you have imagined for our life. We incubate our dream. Our faith began the size of a mustard seed (Matthew 17:20) and is growing. We are not stifled by our current situation because we know that what we see RIGHT NOW does not determine our future. We will accomplish more than we ever thought. We know that you can do more than we can think or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Amen!
