It’s difficult to describe the feeling that comes over us when we allow our spirit to dream again. Playing it safe won’t cut it nor will continuing to do it the way we’ve always done it – – or being who we’ve always been. Everything we know to do, we’re GOING. TO. HAVE. TO. DO. IT.

Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin… Zechariah 4:10

It Doesn’t Happen Overnight

There are no overnight success stories. There are people who stay focused on their dreams. These people are doers, not talkers. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves… (James 1:22)

This A New Season; It’s A Line In The Sand

We need to use our #Vision to see that we’re going to do everything different in the next four years. We are entering a whole new season of life. This is the line in the sand. We are writing down our dreams that are going to bring glory to God.

It’s Not About Us; It’s About God

If we continue to feed the mindset that the dream is too big, it won’t happen. As we talk ourselves out of the dream, we need to consider that maybe, God wants each of us to do something monolithic.

Run Like A Wild Person

Small comfortable prayers are selfish. We lie to ourselves that it’s too hard. This isn’t about what we can do on our own; it’s about what God can do through us. God wants us to be quick to grab the vision of the Banner Year and to run like wild people. Dream big, think big, pray bigger.

Be Encouraged

Lord, we commit to the Banner Year vision. We are not playing it safe, we are dreaming again, and we are writing it down. We are praying big, bold prayers. We are doers. In this new season, we are doing things we’ve never done before, and we’re doing it differently. Amen!
