Are You Fearful?

Have you ever been afraid to do something, so you didn’t, but then someone else got the blessing instead?

David was fearful when he saw the man reach out to steady the Ark of the Covenant and die. It wasn’t God killing the man, but if you touch a hot electrical wire, you’re going to get a jolt. His body couldn’t handle the pure essence and power of God emanating from the Ark, but David didn’t know that, all he knew as that this guy touched the ark and died.

So in fear, DAVID DECIDED to drop the Ark off at Obed’s house. For the next 3 months, David watches as Obed’s family farm gets blessed like crazy, they prosper in every area and have an abundance of God’s favor…JUST because God was right there with them.

A decision made in fear is the a WRONG DECISION.

Don’t look at how others have failed at something and use THEIR experience to make YOUR decision. You don’t know what they do behind closed doors or how they are or are not being obedient to God.

If God calls YOU to do it, it doesn’t matter how many have failed before you.

Just because someone dies using a hair dryer doesn’t mean all hair dryers are bad, it means that person probably didn’t obey the instructions.

Be bold, have faith (the opposite of fear), pray, believe and receive.

You’ll never get there if you don’t take the first step!!!
