Faith vs. Fear
Kick FEAR to the Curb & Let Faith Do The Talking
God wants to do something great in our lives but how often does fear hold us back?
Fear is never a good counselor.
Victory over fear is the first spiritual responsibility we have as a great achiever!
God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7).
- You have victory (1 Cor 15:57)
- You are a conqueror (Romans 8:37)
- You have armor & weapons (Ephesians 6:11)
- God is for you (Romans 8:31)
Every cemetery that you and I pass is filled with buried dreams, goals, faults, failed attempts and fears.
Don’t allow your past failures to determine your future victories!
Before you judge yourself too harshly…
Consider that God used ALL of these people:
- Noah was a drunk
- Moses stuttered
- Rahab was a prostitute
- Elijah was suicidal
- Jonah ran from God
- Peter denied Christ
- The Samaritan woman was divorced
If you notice your dreams & mind being shut down by fear, fear of failure, fear of rejection, any fear, CLOSE THE DOOR, and DO NOT open it again.
DO NOT give fear a foothold.
EMBRACE that you ARE an overcomer.
You ARE someone who DOESN’T QUIT!
The next time you hear that knock at the door SEND FAITH TO ANSWER IT!!!
Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong and courageous. (1 Cor 16:13)
