No Fear
God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7). Often people are intimidated by the idea of talking to their boss. Pastor Nicole and I talk to executives, and they listen because we teach a message of leadership and hope. We don’t tell wealthy people that they are hell bound because they are rich. We love those who are broke, rich, educated and uneducated.
Reach Out
Don’t be intimidated or in fear of those who are at the top because they are often lonely too. Be moved with compassion. We need to invest in people and love them. Jesus said, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).
Be Compassionate
Some people have grown up in church and felt judged. It’s so important for them to know God’s love. God wants to get his entire family together and reconciled. Don’t be intimidated by the pretty woman or that person in the office on the top floor.
Be Encouraged!
Lord, help us to overlook labels, positions and titles and enable us to see one another as people who need your love. No matter our position in this world, we are all imperfect humans who are looking for you. Give each person reading this a boldness like they’ve never had before to reach out to others and share how you’ve changed their life. You ARE our Savior, Redeemer, and Lover of our Soul. Amen!
