I’m a visual learner. I love creating visuals that relate important messages to tangible everyday things. So I went four-wheeling in the woods with friends and got stuck in a rut. I see many life experiences in ruts. The first thing I’d like you to know is that we ALL fall into them from time to time, so if you’re in one now, you are NOT ALONE.

Show Me Your Friends, I’ll Show You Your Future

We need to surround ourselves with the right kind of people who can help us get the right results. We learn from them, they can learn from us, and that will help us decide NOT to do that next dumb thing because we already know the result.

We Are A Product Of Our Environment But Not A Victim Of It

There is generational thinking where we take on the thinking of our parents and grandparents. God can begin filling in the crevasses of our soul, and we can take on the thinking, “Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world.” (1 John 4:4) We are not victims of the thinking of those around us. We can choose differently.

Right Thinking Is The First Step Out Of The Rut

Right thinking leads to right believing.
Right believing leads to right actions.
Right actions lead to a holistic, right life where you’re not stuck.

Be Encouraged!

Lord, thank you for being the winch to pull us out of the rut when we get mired down by circumstances and wrong thinking. We trust that you will be there over and over to pull us out. We thank you for your goodness, your mercy, and your patience as we mess up time and again. We are renewing our minds in your word. We thank you for walking this out with us, Lord. Amen!
