The Force Is With You

Awaken the sleeping giant within you today. The force is not just with you; it is in you. The force is in your hand as the word of God. Luke had the weight of the galaxy on his shoulders; Obi Wan said to use the force and destroy the death star. The force is the Holy Spirit, and we are in an epic battle that we win. (I know because I’ve read how the end of the book.)

Kingdom Weaponry

God wants us to have the tools we need to win this war. The force is with us because it is in us. Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). We put on the armor (Ephesians 6:11-18) and use the Kingdom weaponry that God provides.

Push Through The Battle

The greatest battle is in our mind. We say things like, “It’s always been this way; I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.” It’s difficult to see the other side of the battle of divorce or a financial setback, but we have to push through!

People Are Not The Problem

People are the symptom, not the root of the problem. This struggle is not against flesh and blood but against…the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).

Be Encouraged

Lord, we are using the weapons you’ve provided. We wear the helmet of salvation on our head (Ephesians 6:17) and take every thought captive (2 Corinthians 10:5), and we listen to the Force (the Holy Spirit) over our circumstances. We love space movies because there is something in us that knows there’s something out there. And that’s you. Your presence in us is greater than anything in front of us. Amen!
