What Are You Asking For?
As kids we didn’t think about money. We just figured Dad would take care of it. Well, my son, Austin believed that when he was growing up. One day at the ice cream truck he told all the kids to “get what you want because my Dad will pay for it!” Since we were a new family, I think he was testing out this “new Dad” thing and putting me to the test.

God wants us to do this with him. We often don’t ask the Father for much because we don’t think we deserve it.

Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13)

The moment you receive Jesus, all authority and power has been given to you. Austin had NO DOUBT that his Dad would pay – – and it COST ME!!!

Jesus paid OUR price. God is just asking us to ASK FOR SOMETHING!

The enemy whispers that you can’t ask God for anything because of what YOU did.
YOU NEED TO SAY, “I’m going to ask God for everything because of what HE did.

When you believe, you turn on the engine. When you are thankful for what he is doing and has done, that moves things forward.

Remember, we are the Believer and He is the Performer.

You have authority in Jesus name. You are an adopted child of God. You have all the rights and privileges BECAUSE of what HE did. YOU ASK AND JESUS SIGNS HIS NAME TO IT. He is the author and finisher of our faith.

What are you asking for today?
