When, God, When?
Sometimes we look at our circumstances and what we see is what we say. We get caught up in talking about everything around us so much that our words feed the situation. We tend to feed life into the exact situation that we do NOT want to continue in our life. If we want to put a fire out, we have to stop feeding it.

If it hasn’t happened by now…

Do you ever get caught up in how long it’s taking God to deliver whatever is on your heart? It’s easy to begin to believe the lie “If it hasn’t happened by now, it’s not going to happen.” Yet MANY examples in the bible show people faithfully standing firm on the dream God placed in their heart until He came through YEARS even decades later!

People who started late according to the world, but were in God’s perfect timing.

– Noah spent decades building the ark and waited 120 years for rain
– Colonel Sanders launches his secret recipe for Kentucky Fried Chicken after age sixty
– Abraham and Sara didn’t have a baby until she was over ninety years old

“He that compares himself to another is a fool…” (2 Corinthians 10:12)

I don’t think any of us WANTS to be a fool, but how many of us fall into this trap? We compare ourselves to others in every area of life. This is self-defeating. That type of thinking goes against what God says, in that, Jesus makes us perfect through His sacrifice. We need to stop comparing and agree with God.

What we focus on tends to be what comes out of our mouth.

If we don’t like our job, our life, our body or our income level, the way we view those things will come out of our mouth. If we are impatient with God and have lost hope or if we are comparing, our thoughts will be negative, and nothing will change. We get what we say.

Do we believe what God promises us?

“I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished…” (Philippians 1:6)

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “…plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Say what God says, not what others say.

As we shift our focus from impatience and comparisons to God’s promises, we will begin to speak better things over our lives. As we change our words, our lives will begin to align with what we say. If we say what God says, then we are in alignment with God.

I can testify that THEE BEST PLACE TO BE is lined up with the one who places his SUPER on our NATURAL!
