When the phrase conceal and carry is used people are usually referencing weapons. According to the Bible, the word of God is a weapon. “Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” (Ephesians 6:17) Don’t conceal carry. Open carry. Carry your Bible daily.

Anyone Can Learn To Understand The Bible

So you say you don’t understand the Bible or know how to use it. You think you have no creativity? God created man in his image (Genesis 1:27). God made you in his likeness, and he created everything on earth – including earth. So there’s no way that you don’t have creativity. It’s not that you’re not creative, you’re just not informed. God can help you understand His word.

Here’s How You Use It

Start with the book of Proverbs. Choose a Bible translation that you can easily understand – there are many. Start reading. Read a verse a day. Read a few verses. But tell God that you want to understand and ask him to show you. It will be amazing how words and situations in the text will jump out at you that you need to hear for whatever you are going through on that day. That’s not a coincidence. That’s God!

Be Encouraged!

Lord, I decree and declare that each person reading this today realizes this is not about them but about what you want to do through them and what the devil wants to stop. Lord give them a craving to read and understand your word and a Holy fire inside to USE the word to build up their faith and when the devil attacks. Amen!
