Have you ever bought something and read the book on how to use it? Many people buy a camera, TV, or computer and read the book for each one, yet they’ve never read a book about their health. Maybe we need to consider investing some thought into our health and what makes us tick and why it may not be working for us. We are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 129:14) so one would hope we would treat our bodies better than our electronics.

What I’m Doing

I read about health and I apply it to my life. I get an awesome night’s sleep by juicing before bed and eating wheatgrass. I sleep like I took ten Tylenol PM. The difference is that the Tylenol PM tears down our body while wheatgrass builds it up.

Eat At Home

Aluminum from soda cans and the foil we cook in or that is in deodorant contributes to levels in us that can cause Alzheimer’s. We eat out of plastic that has cancer-causing properties. We dumb ourselves down by taking so much medicine that we feel foggy. Well, other people might feel foggy, but I’m 47, and I
feel GREAT!

Myth: Comfort Food

I am here to teach you how to be alive NOW, until Jesus comes. Hang around with people who talk about their health, think about their health and are doing something about their health. Many people have devalued themselves and eat bad food because they are not getting love from where they should be. Then they get sicker and sicker because they mistakenly call it comfort food.

I Am Committed To You

Let’s get committed to God by saying, I know that I may not be doing the right things, but I want to, and I am committed to changing one thing at a time until I get the health you intended for me. Amen. I call you blessed!
