If a woman wants to know about a man it seems that it would be logical to ask a man. Women want to know about men but they can’t find anything out if men aren’t talking. Men, we have to learn to speak.
Remember, affirming someone has nothing to do with their performance, behavior or life choices. You SHOW love for WHO they are, not what they are doing.
- So guys, lean over and tell your daughter she looks pretty today and see how she lights up
- Compliment your daughter or wife on her choice of dress or outfit
- Tell your wife how much you appreciate her or that no one else turns your head like she does/li>
Words of affirmation are not just a “girl-thing”. The words of a Father pour into their children’s lives differently than a Mother. In a very different and equally as powerful way. Guys, we make mistakes, learn from them and move on.
