Jesus said “For I was hungry, and you gave Me food…you gave Me drink…you took Me in…you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.” (Matthew 25:35-36) We have a society of people who are imprisoned physically, mentally, and emotionally. Ministries are available to help them because of the blessing of money.
Money Is A Tool To Solve Problems
Do you think money is the root of all evil? The Bible reads, For the LOVE OF money is a root of all kinds of evil. (1 Timothy 6:10). We can have money, but we cannot be in love with it. EVEN A PERSON WITH NO MONEY can be in love with money. We can’t serve God and money, but we can serve God WITH money. God wants us to be blessed so that we can bless others.
God Wants Us To Stretch Our Capacity For Believing
We aren’t talking about a dollar amount. If we can believe for this month’s rent, then we can believe for enough to pay our rent and someone else’s rent. If we can believe for enough to eat a meal at Taco Bell, then we can believe for enough to buy our meal and someone else’s meal.
Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. Luke 16:10
The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself. (Proverbs 11:25)
