Just like that tree, we can learn to flourish under any circumstances, if we’ll just STAY PUT!

When I was younger, I was my dad’s worship leader, pilot, and “jack-of-all-trades”. (Believe me, it was NOT always fun!) By the time I was 30, I had a lot of offers and opportunities to go off and preach on my own.
I could’ve uprooted my life and moved on…but I DIDN’T!
I STUCK with it! I just kept showing up!
It’s a good thing I stayed in place! WHO could’ve known that my dad would go on to be with the Lord at just age 56? (Uh…God knew!)

Let’s go back to the LAST THING we feel like God told us to do and stick with it until we get further instructions.
Let’s make sure our families are ROOTED and GROUNDED in God’s Word and a good local church.
God’s got BIG plans for us! Just take a lickin’ and KEEP ON STICKIN’!
