If We Used To Be Happy What Changed?

Changing our thinking affects our mindset, our perspective, and our happiness. When we first got the job we celebrated the occasion. We liked the job. Now we dread going to work. We probably even make more money, and yet we are still unhappy. Why is that? Maybe the house or marriage that we’re in could change in a moment just by changing how we look at it. Nothing has to change in our situation yet we can immediately “get happy” just by choosing to see things differently.

Acknowledge Every Good Thing Which Is In You

The bible says to acknowledge the good things. We have to stop focusing on what we are not. Stop focusing on the things we are doing wrong. When we do that it takes away from us. We have a whole society that compares and criticizes when we step out that front door. We need to be our own best friend, encourager and cheerleader. Don’t wait for someone else to do it!

Today Try Focusing On The Following Things

– No weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17)
– The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not lack (Psalm 23:1)
– I am a new creature in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17)
– I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14)
– I can do all things through Christ in me (Philippians 4:13)

Choose to see your situation through new eyes today.
