The Holy Spirit is our divine helper, and he is an incredible life coach who is telling us, “It’s not about going fast, it’s about form.” We want to hurry up and get to where we need to be, but everything great takes time. No pain, no gain. So when we’re tempted to quit or give up, we need to remember that most things in life don’t come quickly, and they don’t happen fast.

A Trainer Is Only As Good As Our Willingness To Submit To Their Instruction

Many people have never had a life coach or trainer. When we get into the word we submit to the trainer, and we develop a habit of success. We can hear the trainer speak to us, and he brings things to our remembrance long after we’ve finished working out.

Be Taught And Reminded

The helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything. He will remind you of everything that I have ever told you. (John 14:26)

Stick With It

Albert Einstein said, “It’s not that I’m smarter than everyone else, I just stick with the problem longer.” The key to ministry and the key to the success in my life is that I just kept going.

Slow And Steady Wins The Race

Going slow and steady we can build something stronger such as with our core. In working out, when our core is strong, our body can handle so much more. If things aren’t growing as fast as you would like, whether it’s having a family, fitness, finances, business, or ministry, remember that slow and steady wins the race.
