God walks through the fire with us, and he allows the fire to burn off the things that hold us back. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego stood firm in their faith despite the impending fire, but they might have been thinking, “Okay, God anytime now.” When it was all said and done, they not only survived the fire but when it was over, they didn’t even smell like smoke. God walks through it with us; he uses it for our good, and he can bring us out the other side untarnished.

Tests Bring Testimony

Without trouble and trial we don’t realize the sweet taste of victory. God doesn’t cause our trials; he allows them. When the devil surprises us with an attack, we need to choose our words wisely.

Don’t Say, “I Can’t Take It Anymore.”

Say, “I walk by faith and not by sight. Yay though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death; I will fear no evil the anointing of the Holy Spirit covers my mind and greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world!” (Psalm 23:4 and 1 John 4:4)

Be Encouraged!

Our words come from our mind, and our mind is our biggest battle, but that didn’t take God by surprise. He offers us guidance and encouragement.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind then you will be able to test and prove what God’s will is – – his good, acceptable and perfect will. (Romans 12:2)
Let us not grow weary in doing good for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9)
