Some people like to skip to the end of a book to see how it ends. They find solace in knowing the ending. That way they can relax while they read the book. As we read through the Bible, we find that God wins in the end. He overcame it all. We don’t need to beg him to fix things; he’s got this.

The Fight

I have a friend who is an MMA fighter. My son Austin and I prayed with our friend prior to one of his fights. During the fight, I could have easily jumped up and anxiously given God updates such as God help him! God, they’re beating him down! God that looks like it hurts! But because I knew how it was going to end I was able to sit back, eat pizza, drink soda, and relax. (By the way, our friend WON.)

God’s Advice For Joshua Is The Same For Us

I know the plans I have for you plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

No weapon formed against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. (Isaiah 54:17)

Miracles Still Happen!

If you’re in the middle of hell, or you’re in the middle of heartache, get back up and say I know how this ends. God has something BIGGER for you on the other side of hell. That’s why the Bible says don’t grow weary in well-doing, you will reap if you faint not! (Galatians 6:9) Even when it looks like we’re not going to win in the natural, we know how the story ends. GOD WINS and that means WE WIN because MIRACLES STILL HAPPEN! Amen!
